Dairy Farm
The DTRI Dairy Farm oversees the management and proper maintenance of the dairy animals and facilities. It conducts researches on dairy production and related discipline and provides services in the conduct of DTRI training courses. This is where all the dairy cattle are kept and taken care of.
Research Focus/Core Function
- Conduct researches on dairy production and related disciplines;
- Provide technical services in the conduct of DTRI training courses including the use of animals and facilities;
- Provide technical assistance for other extension services like techno-demo and visitors program;
- Provide technical assistance to instruction functions of IAS & other UPLB units, including use of facilities in teaching and conduct of thesis;
- Provide technical services to clientele, students, and teachers; and
- Maintain and manage the dairy farm including the dairy animals and facilities.

The Diary Farm provides technical assistance in the conduct of extension services. It also gives technical assistance to instruction functions of IAS & other UPLB units, including use of facilities in teaching and conduct of thesis. Moreover, it gives technical consultancy services to different clients, students, and teachers.
