    • Improvement of animal performance through genetic, reproductive biotechnology and nutrition biotechnology
    • Development and improvement of animal products and by-products; and
    • Waste management utilization for sustainable animal production.

    DTRI completed 577 RDE projects on dairy husbandry (279), milk processing (272) and socio-economics/extension (26) since its establishment on November 1962.
