DAIRY TECHNOLOGY DIVISION
The DTRI Dairy Technology Division is tasked to conduct researches and provide training on improving milk quality and processing techniques, dairy product development, and other related aspects. It works collaboratively with the DTRI Dairy Processing Plant. It provides technical services including the use of laboratories and technical assistance in the conduct of extension services.

The Dairy Tech also assists the instruction functions of IAS & other UPLB units such as the use of facilities in teaching and conduct of thesis. Moreover, it provides technical consultancy services to different clients, students, and teachers.
