The Finance and Administrative Services Division (FASD) of DTRI oversees the development of DTRI budget. It ensures that funds are accurately tracked and monitored. It also makes sure that adequate financial controls are in place by preparing and submitting the necessary financial reports.

The FASD guides the development, review and authorization of personnel policies and procedures. It assists the DTRI Director with human resource management matters and prepares and submits reports on personnel matters.
